By registering for or using Modulynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Modulynk provides virtual phone lines (+61), IVR call routing, 2-way SMS messaging, POS checkouts, staff clock terminals, and Apple/Google Wallet loyalty passes for service businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and staff PIN codes. All business activities conducted under your account remain your responsibility.
Virtual numbers assigned to your business account must comply with Australian telecommunications standards. Spam text broadcasts, prohibited content, or non-compliant voice calls are strictly forbidden.
POS transactions and checkouts are processed via integrated payment providers (Stripe Connect). Subscription charges ($50 AUD/month) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle unless cancelled prior to your billing date.
Customer information is protected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Modulynk collects personal information necessary to deliver business services, including business details, email addresses, phone numbers, call/SMS logs, and transaction receipts.
We process all data in strict compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) using encrypted cloud storage.
Personal data is used exclusively to facilitate customer communications, phone call routing, SMS notifications, and POS checkouts. We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your account and personal records by contacting our privacy officer.
